The 40 minute tours start every 15 minutes or so and take you
through the entire jelly bean making process.  Note:  this is a
working factory, so you can actually see candy being made during
the week.  On weekends, the line is shut down , but you can still
see where it all happens and video monitors capture the action so
you can see what it is like when the factory is active.

If you grew up in the Bay Area or travelled in this direction in the
late 60s- early 70s, you may have visited this place.  It is back and
updated.  There are the usual chain restaurants and retail stores,
but there is also a small park with some rides for smaller (greater
than 33 inches in height but below 75 inches.  Some rides do not
have height requirements) and younger children (train, bumper
cars, balloon ride, etc.).
