Grab your yoga mat and join us for some relaxing weekend yoga.
Classes every Sunday. All levels are welcome! BYOM (Bring Your

Yoga for Kids

Sundays 12:30pm - 1:15pm
Expert teachers guide your child through basic yoga moves while
they think they are playing! Your child will learn cat and cow
poses, meowing and mooing the whole way through, and learn
how to stretch and bend like a real yogi. Our kids' yoga class is a
great way for little ones to release some energy and give you a
moment to relax! For kids age two and older.
